Sport and Recreation: Region E partnered with Tpeeactive hosted a Mental Health Awareness event combined with various sporting and physical activities at Paterson Park Multipurpose Centre, Ward 73, on 10 October 2026.
The event's aim was to raise awareness about the importance of mental health and encourage community members to prioritise their emotional, psychological and physical well-being.
Through sport and recreation, participants had an opportunity to engage with one another, build positive relationships, reduce stress and enjoy a supportive and inclusive environment.
