Day 13 of our transformation journey!
Today we're exploring Sage Pose, one of my favorite twists for both beginners and experienced yogis. 🤲
This gentle twist is perfect for energizing your midweek practice. It improves flexibility, strengthens your core, and has amazing benefits for digestion and spinal health. Plus, it's a wonderful way to release any tension you've been holding!
As many of our challenge participants are discovering, small daily practices create powerful changes. This pose is proof - just a few mindful breaths here can leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. 🧘♀️
