Growth Report: Lapa Specimen Camp stocked this stunning Mirror now called Onlyfins in July of 2022 at 1.8kg weight. The fish was caught on the 11th of February (8 months later) at 12kg on the dot.
Unbelieveble growth! Certainly keep an eye on this fish in the coming years.

Aqua Paradiso is producing some amazing catches lately including these 2 beautiful stocked Mega Carp. 15kg and 9.5kg fish that have the potential to grow much bigger in years to come. Congratulations to the anglers and the fishery management!

I received a comment from someone who spent some money buying Mega Carp. His comment was that the fish he bought had skew mouths. Generally speaking all of our fish are quality controlled and have ZERO defects. We did however sell some with skew mouths for an extremely low price and clients were informed NOT to use these for breeding or fishing venues but ONLY for personal interest ie in ponds or very small dams - just to monitor growth rates and just as a hobby where cheap specimens were required. If somebody has bought a fish as a quality fish and it has a defect, please contact me personally as we pride ourselves in NOT allowing fish through with defects. From here onwards we will not sell fish with defects and I want all of our clients to be happy with their purchase. I will have a very positive discussion with anyone who has a complaint.

Derek Oosthuizen recently caught one of the Aqua Paradiso’s biggest Mega Carp at a weight of 16.2kg!
