As Physical education coaches we have designed obstacle courses for all schools/crèche's and play a We are affiliated with OCT South and OCT Rietvlei.
An obstacle course is a series of challenging physical obstacles that an individual or team must negotiate, usually while been timed. The course can include running, climbing, jumping, crawling, swimming and balancing elements with the aim of testing speed, endurance and mental strength.
