Thought this might make someone’s day 🤦♀️😂 I do my and everyday. 🤸🏼♂️🤸🏼♀️. Usually successfully and I hold it for a minute. Today is a reminder that your body gets tired and your won’t be the same everyday.
I remember the first time I attempted a ... I was terrified of hurting myself. But it’s not painful, it’s almost ! And you learn how our really are! 💪🏽
