We are unable to host events for now, but we can still support the kids in Soweto. Please find it in your hearts to donate a care package and dedicate today’s WOD (where ever you are) to the little hero’s fighting the corona virus.

Thank you to every one who competed, supported, volunteered and/or came to drop off donations. We had an inspiring day witnessing 67 minutes of fitness and some amazing PB’s.
“Sport has the power to change the world,” Mandela said. “It has the power to inspire. It has the power to unite people in a way that little else does. It speaks to youth in a language they understand.”
Today we experienced this first hand.
