1963 Mini Mk1 997 Cooper For Sale

A rare opportunity to own an honest and largely original 1963 Mini Mk1 997 Cooper, the perfect candidate for a sympathetic restoration or preservation.

This is a genuine collector's car and not your average Mini.

The body is remarkably solid with minimal rust, as shown in the photos. The only notable rust is on the lower door skins, which is a very common issue on Mk1 bodies.

Mechanically, the car is in excellent condition. The engine and gearbox have been refreshed, and it starts, drives and shifts beautifully.

The steering rack and suspension have also been refurbished, making it a genuine get in and drive classic.

The electrical system is in excellent working order for a car of this age.
The vehicle comes with a South African deregistration certificate.
