Yoga blocks are often seen as simple props, but in this special Jivamukti workshop, they become powerful tools for transformation.
Join Sarah Bentz for a playful and insightful two-hour practice that explores the many ways blocks can deepen your experience on the mat.
Drawing from the Jivamukti method, we will use blocks to refine alignment, create intelligent resistance, build awareness and stability, and support deeper access to postures.
The workshop will also explore the therapeutic side of the block, using it as a tool for myofascial release to ease tension, improve mobility, and create space within the body.
Through movement, breath, and inquiry, we'll investigate how support can become a pathway to greater strength and freedom.
Suitable for all levels of practitioners.
Come ready to play, explore, and discover that sometimes the simplest prop can unlock the most profound experiences.

Missed the class. Did it anyway.
The live class was at 6 pm. By 6:15, I was still making dinner.
The recording was waiting.
9 pm. Pyjamas. I pressed play and did the whole class.
That's the practice, not perfect, just consistent.
