My first session back after six months teaching Aqua Fitness at Lonehill and Cedar Square Virgin Active Gyms. Next stop, Morningside. Be there. Such fun.
Exercising in water has huge benefits: firstly, the buoyancy makes swimming a low-impact exercise that’s easy on your joints, and secondly, water creates resistance which makes swimming a cardio workout that gets you fit, flexible, strong and improves your lung capacity.

Hi members of the Splash and Pilates Groups. I was here for a meeting with Thabo the manager. How dreary looks the pool area without our smiles and activity. We put the pink lights on in the Studio to cheer it up, but nobody came to my party! However we are still optimistic that the gyms will open before the month of July is out. Let's hope we get the go ahead.soon. I will keep you informed.
