We are so privileged to have Caitlin as our bio!
Thank you for all the hard work you put in with our level 4 and up girls 💙🩵

A little introduction, that I think is long overdue 🤭

Hi 👋
I’m Caitlin, the owner and Biokineticist at Caitlin Beckett Biokineticist.

My journey into Biokinetics started through my passion for movement as a young athlete and years of gymnastics coaching. Watching individuals overcome setbacks, build confidence and achieve things they never thought were possible inspired me to pursue a career where I could help others experience the same.

Today, I have the privilege of helping people recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions and improve their quality of life through personalised, evidence based exercise.

At CB Biokineticist, exercise is our medicine. My goal is to help every patient move with confidence, regain their independence and get back to doing the things that matter most to them!
