Kate Cheshire smashed the 400m freestyle at the Level 3 Regional Gala — what a swim! 💪

Well done to Lorenzo Cazzavillan on an incredible achievement at the SASA DS&II Games! 🥈👏

He brought home silver in every race he entered — a true testament to his hard work, dedication, and determination.

On top of that, he’s achieved qualifying times for the World Down Syndrome Championships this October 🌍🔥

Lorenzo has also been selected as part of a shadow team they are hoping to send — an amazing opportunity and a huge honour!

Tyler Thomas closed off an incredible meet, securing her 9th gold medal in the 200m backstroke 🥇👏

Sophie Barrow added to the medal tally, earning her second medal with a bronze in the 100m butterfly 🥉💪

Well done to Luca Fraser for a strong 4th place finish in the 200m breaststroke, and to Romy Smith for placing 7th in the 200m backstroke final.
