In an effort to keep all our athletes happy we are presenting a multisport event with a touch of adventure racing to spice things up .
Athletes may compete as individuals or in a relay format .
The route will be roughly marked and plotted on Google and other maps and check points will be collected . The Navigation will be simple and just spice things up a bit .
Distances are approximate as you will be navigating – run 5km - -ride 20km - run /kloof 2km
