Hello bootcampers -
One of my members is doing fundraising for Kidney Beans Trust. They offer treatment for children with life threatening kidney disease.
She is selling them to raise funds for their trust and would love the brand to "get out there". The ladies ones are a very nice fitted cut and men's or unisex are the normal running style vest (anatomic brand) Please let me know if you would like one. R250 and supporting a fantastic cause.

The Spring challenge starts today!
Make a mental list (or physical list) of what you can't do without food and drink wise. Is it wine, Coca Cola, pizza, popcorn, cake and sweets, sugary cereal, champagne, crispy creme donuts, chocolate, chips and deep fried chicken .... That is what you are going to stop having for 21 days.
It is about eating and drinking what we know the body needs, fresh and healthy food, nutritionally dense food, unprocessed food.
It is also about being mindful about what we are eating and drinking. We fill our day with busyness and eat without thinking. Your plate is empty before you have thought about what you wanted to eat.
Stop and think before you put anything in your mouth. Decide if you are really hungry, and then slow down and savour the flavours of the food. Chew slowly, if you can, eat mindfully and enjoy the experience.
We cannot do every meal like that as there are dogs to walk and kids to read stories to and work to do, but try and make this 21 days about rethinking your nutrition choices and being more aware!
