Dear Valued Clients,

At JoziFly, every fly is carefully tied by me, to ensure the highest quality. To maintain efficiency and fairness, we have a structured order process in place:

> Operating Hours & Order Processing:
• Orders and inquiries are handled during JoziFly’s operating hours.
• Flies are tied within these hours to ensure quality craftsmanship.
• Orders sent via PostNet are collectively dropped off on Fridays only.
• For The Courier Guy (Xpress option), a quote will be provided for approval before shipping.

> Order Queue & Turnaround Time:
• JoziFly follows an order queue system.
• If your order is second in the queue, your turnaround time may extend by up to 4 additional days beyond the standard timeframes:
• Non-bulk orders: Up to 14 days
• Bulk orders: Up to 31 days
• No tying on Saturdays after 12:30 PM or on Sundays.
• Emergency orders may be accommodated where possible.

> I do not have a team of people tying flies as my goal is to supply you the valued client the best quality hand crafted flies possible tied by me

> Burnout is a thing and is definitely real, like anyone else I make mistakes, these criteria are in place foremost for the clients benefit which in turn affects me positively too.

> JoziFly urges any and all of our dear clients to engage with me if ever there is any issue with the product/services supplied. I can guarantee you I will do my best to fix any reasonable issue.

> JoziFly prides itself in acquiring top quality materials for the flies I supply, however, unfortunately cannot be responsible for hooks failing. We offer several brands of hooks which are available locally and have proved to be very good quality. That said engage with me to find an amicable solution.

> Why These Guidelines Exist:
JoziFly receives a high volume of orders, including from individual clients, outfitters, and stores. Each fly is personally tied after sourcing quality materials, either through online orders or in-person trips to suppliers. To ensure fairness and maintain high standards, orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. In some cases, if demand exceeds capacity, I may have to decline an order rather than delay it beyond a reasonable timeframe.

> Returning Client Privilege:
Loyal JoziFly clients who have ordered five or more times may now opt to pay a 50% deposit upfront (of which 25% of the deposits non refundable if the order is cancelled), with the balance due upon order completion. The 100% upfront criteria was implemented initially in the past due to clients placing orders, JoziFly then procuring materials and ultimately clients cancelling.

> Custom Fly Orders & Material Availability:
• If you request a fly pattern seen on Instagram (especially from international tyers), some materials may not be available locally.
• In such cases, I will discuss the best possible substitutes with you before proceeding.

> Business WhatsApp Catalog & Future Plans:
• The WhatsApp catalog serves as a pricing guide only.
• Unfortunately, it does not allow for adding multiple individual flies to a cart for checkout.
• I am working on building a stock of pre-tied flies to make this possible in the near future!
