My first class seemed like it was never going to end. My hamstrings had turned to stone; my toes seemed so far away, my arms hurt, in fact everything hurt.
Something had to be done, so I joined my local Pilates studio, but everything just hurt more, even muscles I didn’t even know I had.

Then something amazing happened. After a short while, I felt ‘light’ again.
Free from niggling pains and stresses. Even an old dance injury which left me with constant hip pain was gone….vanished. I had control over my body, control I didn’t even have when I was a dancer.

Just like that, I was hooked. But it would be selfish to keep my new-found life secret to myself. I had to share it with everyone…

One course led to another, and here I am today, 5 years and counting later, teaching at my own Pilates studio and loving each and every day. Together, me and my amazing clients have cured back aches, knees pains, shoulder pain, dropped pants sizes, stood taller and lighter.

This is just the beginning. I cannot wait to meet new people along my way and share with them the incredible benefits Pilates has to offer.
