Recovering from a C-section can be a long and challenging journey, but Pilates played a huge role in helping me heal both physically and mentally.
The low-impact movements and focus on core strength not only helped me regain control of my abdominal muscles, but also gave me a sense of empowerment as I saw progress in my recovery. I highly recommend giving Pilates a try for anyone looking to heal from a C-section or just improve their overall health and wellness
I highly recommend her postpartum knowledge is vast and she’ll walk you through a very personal journey.

Incredibly grateful for this life I have ♡ don't forget to fill your cup this weekend, however that looks x
I am by no means saying you need to be doing handstand when that isn't part of your usual training..
What i am saying is that by taking the time to focus on healing and strengthening your core and entire body correctly postpartum is what is going to allow you to get back to your usual routine AND be ready and functional.
A few things I focused on immediately after birth:
Listen to my body
Thoracic mobility (connected to pelvic floor issues more than you know)
Csection rehab
Core connection
Pelvic floor rehab
Strength focused movement
Breathing Techniques
And most importantly, Rest

A few things Pilates has taught me over the years..
• My body is capable of so much more than I think
• To have more patience with myself & others
• Being strong in my body is more important to me than what I physically look like. I want to be able to continue to do things with ease as I get older
• Seeing the confidence and growth in my clients makes me very happy. I'm so proud of them
