About Tiffiny
Tiffiny is an extremely warm-hearted and committed individual. She is always consistent in her training and continues to brighten up training for those around her. Her words of encouragement and praise will be familiar to many.
She constantly sets new challenges for herself, seeks help where necessary and is always eager to learn.
Through her willingness to listen and consistency in her training, she has grown immensely over the recent months.
No one can say that her training has been smooth sailing, however she has never placed it on the back seat for later retrieval. She has used discipline and hard work, two very rare traits, to persevere and attend classes without fail.
Tiffany has showcased a unique and specific way of preparing for competitions, which we can all learn from as we transfer it (like all things in CrossFit) into our everyday lives. She works hard, but smart, not wasting time and energy on unnecessary things.

We, the Action Potential Team, are extremely proud of you Tiff, keep up the inspiring work.

Lunges not lunches πŸ˜†.

Have you tried putting 3 exercises together.

I’m not talking about a normal gym circuit. I’m talking about big lifts like Romanian deadlifts, back lunges and upper body pulling exercise. Big movements that help build muscle as well as making you strong.

45 sec rest between exercise so you can give each one your best.
