The Popcorn Kidz was initiated in February 2009 as a result of a lack of early intervention education facilities for toddlers with special needs, e.g.
those born with Down Syndrome and other developmental disorders. Popcorn Kidz is a section 21 company with the vision to provide
Special education (in Afrikaans) for intellectually impaired children
Support for the parents of the Popcorn Kidz, and
Assistance for individuals intersted in further training.

This is not a list I made, just something I downloaded and found in my phone recently. What do we think? I'm not a fan of the descriptor "lazy" because it can be so judgemental, but sure, cold water can help if I'm needing to wake up a bit. And I do like the one about "reflect on progress." It's easy to forget to do that.

“She doesn’t look Autistic!”
It is World Disabilty Day today and my message today is …what does autism look like ?
Girls present differently , they are master maskers and the mimic their mothers. They learn patterns of behavior .
So many undiagnosed girls and women are lost and confused .
I knew Sammi was different from birth. She’s incredibly wise , empathetic , brave and her energy and light is like a beacon of love.
This is what Autism looks like !
