Always prepared with the new Panado syrup now in 5ml sachets for every mommy's convenience.
I'm finding it super helpful to keep these in the nappy bag or my handbag because having a baby and a toddler is no joke , especially when they're upset. Now I can just whip one of these out when teething/fevers/bee stings hit, and we are sorted π₯°

Only 9 weeks to go until we meet this little blessing β‘ - - - Pregnancy is definitely not for sissies π₯΅ It has been quite a challenge and a major lifestyle change , but the most incredible miraculous journey to experience which I am so grateful for β€ - - - Heres to a healthy next 9 weeks! The perfect healthy preggie meal π - - - I know alot of people say 'give into your cravings' but I dont fully agree π€π Your cravings are just excuses to eat crap that you actually just WANT , your body doesn't NEED that bag of chips filled with bad chemicals, your body is probably telling you that you need a little sodium or some extra vitamins found in nutritional foods to feed you and your developing baby π€°π- - - There are so many clean foods that offer everything baby needs to grow each little developing organ with ease , try focus on eating those foods and not giving into the want for cake and burgers or ice cream π°π©π - This time is short and crucial for that precious little gift π - - - Here I have some well cooked fish (clean protien) with lemon juice , garlic , salt and pepper with mashed sweet potatoes (source of potassium, fiber and vitamin C) and some baby marrow (greens to get baby used to vegetables). Finally getting back into my usual healthy meals π₯ππ₯¦π₯¬π₯ - - I got hit hard with morning sickness and my whole life , routine and healthy habits came to a stop π And eating particularly was a battle , It was hard to get anything down and when I could it was never veggies and chicken π€’ - - - I wouldn't call it "cravings" , because when nauseous you usually go for the simple bad carbs or packaged foods whether you're pregnant or not.... Its just one of those little phrases some of us have to deal with in pregnancy π But let it just be that -a phase- because when you are over the rough part there are no excuses , your eating habits can be healthy and clean, dont completely give in to your "cravings or wants" unless you know your body needs it. π€° This is a crucial time to feed your body and baby the right foods π - - This is a fav of mine: *Wholeweat noodles *Hard boiled eggs *Avocado *Cucumber *Tomatoes *Peppers *Lemon juice *Balsamic vinegar *Himalaya salt, black pepper and turmeric - - - Dont give up , and dont give in, feed your body right πππ ππ http://bit.ly/2I8HiU3
