Jomo Cosmos is a South African soccer club, based in Johannesburg, that plays in the Premier Soccer Since 1984, the name of the club has been Jomo Cosmos.
The club was founded in January 1983, upon the remnants of the previously well-known and successful club Highlands Park, which Sono opted to buy when he ended his playing career in the United States. The club was named Dion Cosmos in its initial 1983 season, with the first part of the name respresenting the previous sponsor of Highlands Park and the second part being the fingerprint of Jomo Sono,

Jomo Cosmos FC Academy will be conducting Under17 soccer trials this weekend in Potchefstroom, North West. Only players born in 2003 and 2004 are eligible. Players must come with their training kits. No accommodation will be provided.
Entrance fee gives you access to Free lunch & GAC game between Jomo Cosmos FC and Steenberg United FC.
