When people suck the life out of you, wouldn't it be nice if they took some fat too?
Anyone that has the anger should hit the gym because they can hit it as hard as they want, and it won't hit back.
It's better to exercise in the morning before your brain figures what you're doing.
Complaining didn't get you fat, so it'll not get you skinny. It's Operation self-discipline.
Lying about your workout and Diet will only hurts you. If your lying to yourself then who can you trust? STEP UP!
Are you GUILTY cos you just KILLED a workout or cos your busy killing your own body with junk?
Starving? But you just ate an hr ago? Maybe your dehydrated, drink some water.
If you say you can't train cause its too cold, ask yourself what made you start training...

Who said avocados are bad for you? They are rich in monounsaturated fat, which is easily burned for energy. So how about you spread it on your whole wheat bread this morning!
