A lovely venue in the heart of the Northern suburbs. A free timed event. Single lap course of 5km . Volunteer-led free weekly timed runs.

It is a good idea to arrive early as the entrance to the park can get congested Parkrun is a beautifully simple concept: turn up every Saturday at 8am and run 5k. It doesn’t matter how fast you go. It doesn’t matter what you’re wearing. What matters is taking part. Parkrun is all about inclusiveness and wellbeing. We want as many people as possible to feel part of a real local community brought together by our events: belonging to one global parkrun family.
