Golden Harvest parkrun A lovely venue in the heart of the Northern suburbs. A free timed event. Single lap course of 5km . We always start at 8am sharp (Summer and Winter)!
(312)

It is a good idea to arrive early as the entrance to the park can get congested. Volunteer-led free weekly timed runs. Parkrun is a beautifully simple concept: turn up every Saturday at 8am and run 5k. It doesn’t matter how fast you go. It doesn’t matter what you’re wearing. What matters is taking part. Parkrun is all about inclusiveness and wellbeing. We want as many people as possible to feel part of a real local community brought together by our events: belonging to one global parkrun family.

This weekend (17 Oct 2026) is going to be Golden Harvest parkrun's 500th event. 🎂 🎈 🎉
Our very first parkrun here, was on 8 Aug 2015.
Come and join us for this great achievement.
Remember: We start at 8am 🕗 sharp - so give yourself loads of time to get through the gate and park, before walking to the start. ⏰ (at least 15 minutes before starting time).

If anyone accidentally takes home one of our finishing tokens, please, please 🙏 bring it back, and give it to any of the volunteers. We need these tokens to give every person an accurate finishing time 💐
This 👇 is an example of a "finishing token". We need them every week. They are not parkrun souvenirs 🥰
