1) All training is done on a one on one basis; the sessions range from one to two hours.

2) Group Classes can be arranged, for all ages.

5) I combine Tibetan Style Therapy (similar to Sports Massage Therapy) along with a work-out program. Together with this, I encourage body and mind alignment to encourage a holistic approach to training.

6) The workout program will be structured to your specific requirements and needs . For example:

A) Weight loss. (includes a diet plan and exercise work-out schedule)

B) Rehabilitation of damaged limbs (hips, Knees, back, arms etc.) C) Weight training and Body building. D) Fitness Training and muscle toning. (including assisted stretching and sense training)

7) The gym is fully equipped with up to date apparatus and I also supply PSN Lifestyle Supplements to assist you in your training goals.
