What a weekend at the GSDFSA Nationals, besides the wonderful performances on the field, the most noteable was the comaraderie within our Dogsport family. The support from our fellow Federation members from clubs all over SA, was amazing💕 New friends were made & old ones renewed while our wonderful German Shepherd dogs went about this wonderful sport of IGP 💙🩷 A very BIG thank you to our judge Horst-Dieter Träger🇩🇪 & our helper Edris Fathi 🇱🇺for your contributions to making this a super week of dogsport. GSDFSA National IGP Champion 2025 ... Alf Sergel & Enya v Haus Voldengen (90-75-94) 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 At the young age of 90 yrs Alf Sergel is to the best of our knowledge the oldest IGP competitor to compete and win a National Trial in the world 🏆🏆🏆. A dogsport career that has spanned decades ... a handler, a helper, a judge & now a National Champion ... a true LEGEND in the dogsport world!! We are all honoured to have had the opportunity this weekend to trial alongside this remarkable gentleman!
