We are approaching our halfway mark!
Come join us at Westcliff Stairs this Saturday 07:30!

Over the next 60 days, starting 1st of June we’ll be using fasting as a tool to improve energy, support metabolism, sharpen focus, reduce cravings, and help our bodies recover and reset naturally 🤩🧑🏼‍🩰🤸🏾‍♀️

Fasting should not be done aggressively every day of the month, and women should adjust fasting length, food intake, and carbohydrate consumption according to hormonal phases of the menstrual cycle🌸 (or a modified rhythm for menopausal women and Men)💪🏼

In this winter challenge we will be deep diving into
intermittent fasting, functional medicine ideas, hormone education, ketogenic principles, and lifestyle coaching 🧠🧙🏼🧚🏽‍♀️

If you want to join this challenge, comment YES and I will share the Link for this WhatsApp community

🍰If you want to eat cake… bake it yourself… from Scratch! 🧑🏼‍🍳
Because effort changes everything.
We live in a world where effort has been removed from the equation.
You can satisfy any craving instantly, with zero resistance.
When you have to measure the flour, crack the eggs, mix, wait, AND clean up…
you start to realize what that “simple craving” actually costs.
Time! Energy! Intention!
Convenience hasn’t just made food easier it’s made food cheap.

So next time you crave something ask yourself:
Would I still eat this if I had to make it from scratch?

😝Your tongue is not just for taste or speech
It’s a Nervous System Switch. 😛

Those strange movements you see in flow workouts (Sticking the tongue out, pressing it into your cheeks, moving it with your breath) …are actually tapping into deep neurological pathways.

Here’s what’s really happening:

The tongue is wired through multiple cranial nerves that connect directly into your brainstem (where your stress response is regulated). When you move or press the tongue, you send signals that can shift your body out of stress mode.
Sticking your tongue out opens the airway, relaxes the throat, and can stimulate vagal reflexes (think: yawning or sighing).
Pressing the tongue into the cheeks creates sensory feedback that helps your brain regulate tension and coordination.
Combine this with slow breathing and you create a powerful calming loop in the body.

This is why these exercises are used in:
– Somatic therapy
– Breathwork
– Yoga & mobility flows

You’re not just “stretching your tongue”
You’re training your nervous system.

😋😜😝😛

🌱We’ve been sprinkling sprouts on salads like garnish — when they may be the most powerful ingredient on the plate. These tiny shoots are concentrated with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and plant compounds that activate as the seed begins to grow. Sprouting enhances nutrient availability, making certain minerals and proteins easier for the body to absorb 🌱
In a world obsessed with superfoods, we may have overlooked one hiding in plain sight. Perhaps it is time to see sprouts not as decoration, but as quiet nutritional powerhouses. 💪🏼

👩🏼‍🍳Not all oils can handle the heat… some belong in the pan, others are best reserved for a cold drizzle. The right choice creates kitchen chemistry; the wrong one becomes a toxic relationship. Choose wisely. 👩🏼‍🍳

🤩🤸🏼Neck and shoulder mobility is essential for reducing tension caused by stress, screen time, and poor posture. When these areas move well, headaches, stiffness, and upper-back pain are less likely to develop, and everyday movements feel easier and more fluid 🤸🏼🤩
Check out the last one of the mobility series, and let me know what topics you would like me to touch on next.
