One of the best ways you can transform your yoga practice is by taking away the ego of wanting to be the best.
Our classes strive to teach in a way that is non-competitive and applauds showing up, slowing down and being good to yourself.
If you want to experience a different yoga class, join us and see for yourself.
Challenge your upside downs and inside outs with this Saturday at 8:00am.
Beginner poses are always offered to build you up to these. Come and learn how to conquer your mind by being challenged with finding an edge of comfort/discomfort in a safe and and methodical way.
Learning how to fly takes courage and practice - not talent and stupidity.

Traditionally, yoga is about opening your eyes to the reality of who you are. And training you to have absolute discipline, even when the mind talks you out of things. Because traditionally, just like life, yoga isn't all butterflies and upward dogs...it's chair poses and breathing through each and every single break through so you can experience inward growth as well as outward growth.
Learning to hold space for every discomfort that comes your way, will be an irreplaceable lesson.

February peak hike no.2 saw all the adventure we could possibly pack into one day.
Well done to our team of hikers, testing their skills for days!
Are you measuring your yoga in goals too much?
Where's the balance?
Have goals but don't make your practice about them. That's what we suggest.
Wednesdays gentle reminder.
Let us make this simple for you.

Silent Hikers awareness post!
A lot of people treat hiking like a magical cure.
Like "go outside and everything will be okay."
But hiking doesn't fix you.
It reveals you.
It reavesl how you handle discomfort.
It reveals how you treat people when you're tired.
It reveals if you're mentally tough or mentally spoiled.
Because on the mountain, there's no shortcut.
No excuses.
No one cares about your status.
And that's why it's so powerful.
Hiking is not therapy.
It's discipline disguised as adventure.
You wake up early.
You carry weight.
You suffer quietly.
You keep moving.
And somewhere in that procress...
Your mind becomes stronger.
Your ego becomes smaller.
Your heart becomes calmer.
So yes, the mountains can heal you.
But not because they're magical.
Because they train you to be the kind of person who doesn't collapse when life gets hard.
