Last week was all about first steps in firearm training. For many, it meant pushing past nerves, stepping out of their comfort zones, and beginning to see fi****ms with confidence instead of fear.

Through focused dry drills and their first qualification shoots, these women started finding their feet - building safe habits, trust in themselves, and belief in what they’re capable of.

It was a busy week, but an important one. The kind where confidence starts to replace uncertainty, and where strong connections begin to form between women on the same journey.

Last week, 13 incredible Women Who Train finalists joined us at ITA for their basic training; and what an experience it was.

Each of these ladies brought determination, resilience, and a willingness to learn which made the week truly special. Cutting it down to 8 is not going to be easy, and it speaks volumes about the level of this group.
We hope their time at ITA was as rewarding for them as it was for us.

Today we were proud to welcome Bernhard Agencies to the ITA offices to spend time with our 13 Women Who Train finalists. ⭐️
As our official partners in this initiative, they shared valuable insight into the history of G***K and Bernhard Agencies, helping our candidates deepen their understanding ahead of their handgun training.

The timing couldn’t be better, as today the finalists begin their handgun theory training, before stepping onto the range tomorrow for the first time.
