When you have to say yes or no to something think in terms of space. Do I have the space; mentally, physically, environmentally, to deal with this now.

Dear friends, on the 4th March at 8:30 AM the Manacentre will host a "yoga in the park" session in the park on Laubsher str Glenvista. We ask for a donation of R50 as we want to use this towards the installation of a ceiling in the studio. Please spread the news far and wide so that we can get as many people in the park as possible. Please bring your yoga mat with. Should it rain then we will host the class the following weekend.
