What a beautiful ending to our week.
Many women carry the weight of the “superwoman” myth—the belief that they must do everything, be everything, and never struggle. True empowerment comes from releasing these impossible expectations, allowing ourselves to be vulnerable, and recognizing that prioritizing mental health is not a weakness, but one of the greatest forms of strength. Four weeks ago, we made a choice. In a world that constantly asks women to pour into everyone else’s cups, we chose to step into this studio and pour into our own. Friday wasn’t the finish line, it was a launching pad. The version of us that walked in the studio four weeks ago is looking at us right now with so much gratitude.
