Bronze at Jks Federation World Championship competing against elite athletes, had to go 5 rounds to make the final. Unfortunately could not do Kumite due to medical condition.
Still extremely happy considering that I have only been with Jks for two months.

It is with great pleasure that we welcome Adam Boshoff Sensei and Cindy-Lee Whiteman Sensei to the JKS Federation of South Africa.

We are delighted to have JKS Kempton Park Dojo, under the leadership of Adam Boshoff Sensei, and JKS Nakama Karate dojo, led by Cindy-Lee Whiteman Sensei in the Randburg area, join the JKS SA family.

We look forward to a long and successful journey together as we continue to grow traditional Shotokan karate, support one another, and uphold the values and standards of JKS Japan and South Africa.
