I get attached to each blade I shape, harden, temper and grind. Throughout the process, I learn every dimple, texture and edge. No two blades are the same, and this is exactly the reason why I have such a passion for making kni

Is it a Puukko from Finland, or is it a mixed RAW Knife version. Yep, indeed not a "classic" shape. Blade is N690 in mirror and satin. Handle slabs are Stabilized Wenge sitting on white G10 liners.

I made an ID-search. This one is not sure what it wants to be, steak knife, or hunter. Whichever, it is a N690 stainless blade done in satin. The handle slabs are Stabilized Leadwood sitting on red G10 liners.

Finally finished this Carvery set. Steel is N690 in 1200 grit satin finish. The Bolsters are 304 stainless and the Scales are Giraffe bone sitting on orange G10 liners.
S
The "sheath" is stiched in orange to match the liners and the press studs gives away where the set is heading.

Completed two Slipback Folders. One has Stabalized Matumi scales, and the all brown one has Stabalized Mansonia scales.
Both has blades from 3.5 mm N690 stainless steel.
Enjoyed making them as getting the spring tension and proper positioning of the combo, ( blade, spring and liners) takes some effort.
Both has stainles steel liners.

Just completed this hunter. Blade is N690. The guard and pommel is aluminium and the handle is stabilized Zebrano.
As the blade is mirror, I decided to stipple the hardware, to break the gloss.
