RE: Announcement of the Interim Provincial Committee (IPC) of the Northern Cape Master and Legends Football Association
The Northern Cape Masters and Legends Football Association would like to announce the appointment of its first Interim Provincial Committee (IPC) as per our adopted constitution on the 4th August 2022 by show of hands.
1. President: Mr. James Eugene Mothibi
2. 1st Vice President: Mr. Lebogang Mothibantwa
3. 2nd Vice President: Ms. Lusanda Brouwers
4. 3rd Vice President: Mr. John Bennett
5. 4th Vice President: Ms. Carol-Anne Meintjies
6. Provincial Secretary: Mr. Lebohang Marekoa
7. Deputy Secretary: Mr. Norman Smith
8. Treasure: Mr. David Slinger
The IPC is commissioned by its current constituency to pave a path leading to its first provincial elective congress to convene soon.
Our mandate is, among other, to institute sub-regions structures which will nominate representatives in good standing. Sub-regions representatives will form regions which will nominate representatives, who will form Regional Executives Committees (REC). The nominated (REC) will nominate eligible representatives to stand for election to the Provincial Executive Committee. The successfully nominated (PEC) will nominate representatives who will serve in the national structure of SAMLFA.
The secondary mandate is to set up a special event subcommittee that will deliver an extravagant BLACK TIE GALA DINNER of the NCMLFA Launch. Detailed activities of the Gala Dinner Launch will be communicated to all media partners and stakeholders.
