Some players leave a mark on a club that can never be erased. This is one of those players.

With so many caps for Africans RFC 1927, he gave everything he had every time he pulled on the jersey. A hardworking loose forward, and when the team needed him, he was more than willing to step into the front row and do whatever was required.

He was a no-nonsense player — tough, physical and never afraid to get stuck into the hard work. Sometimes his style was a little “dirty,” but always within the spirit of the game, because for him there was one mission: do whatever it takes to help the team win. 💪🏉

He played with heart, passion, loyalty and love for the jersey. Whether it was making the hard carries, putting his body on the line, fighting for possession or doing the unseen work that helped his teammates, he never backed down.

Sadly, life took him to Adelaide after marriage, but distance can never take away what he gave to Africans RFC 1927.

What a fantastic performance from Africans RFC 1927 as we cruised to a well-deserved victory over Berlin Tigers RFC yesterday! 🏉💪

Our boys displayed fierce character, determination, discipline, and true fighting spirit from the first whistle to the last. Every player gave their all and proudly represented the badge with passion and pride.

A special mention to Coach Tiema, who made wholesale changes in the second half, giving the entire squad an opportunity to contribute. The team never lost its intensity, proving the strength, depth, and unity within our club.

On behalf of the President, Team Manager, Executive Members, and our incredible travelling supporters, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to the players and coaching staff on an outstanding team performance.
