Ready to smash it out the park, Elize Senekal, Captain for Grantleigh School will be leading her team for their seventh appearance at the Grand Finals at the SPAR KZN Schoolgirls' Hockey Challenge that takes place at St Mary's DSG, Kloof on Saturday 25 July and Sunday 26 July.

Returning for their third appearance on the trot, St Patrick's College will be taking on the best of KZN in the upcoming Grand Finals at the SPAR KZN Schoolgirls' Hockey Challenge taking place at St Mary's DSG, Kloof on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 July.
Leading their team are Saints Vice Captain, Zania Breda and Captain Emily Shand.

The SPAR KZN Schoolgirl's Hockey Tournament was an unforgettable experience for the Northlands Girls' High School First Team, and the girls rose to the occasion with passion and pride. From the very first whistle, the team displayed incredible resilience, unwavering commitment, and a deep sense of unity on the field. In every match they played, their determination and heart shone through, truly embodying the spirit and character of what it means to be a Northlands girl.
What made the festival even more special was the recognition the team received. Coaches, spectators, organisers, and even NGHS Old Girls took the time to compliment the players on their skill, sportsmanship, and the pride with which they represented their school. Moments like these remind us how powerful sport can be in bringing a community together. NGHS are incredibly proud of the hockey girls — their spirit, sportsmanship, and love for the game made NGHS shine.
