Eden Junior Invitation Masters.

Sunday was the second part of the Eden junior invitational masters, taking place in Oudtshoorn, and our squad of four Juniors was in action again. It was also used as a trial for the Envar Buys junior event in a few weeks.

Our Juniors did extremely well, with Ryan and Phelo getting through to the medal finals for U/18's.

Ryan played for Bronze and unfortunately lost by 1 point.

Phelo played in the final and won his match and won the Gold medal!
Congratulations Phelo Mokwatlo, you are the Eden Junior Masters Champion!

Eden Junior Invitation Masters.

Four of our Junior members where invited to play in the event that was scheduled for Saturday and Sunday at Sedgefield Bowling Club.

They played very well on Saturday and there was a couple of very close losses. The experience of playing on a different green and adapting to the conditions was very valuable.

Unfortunately Sunday was cancelled due to weather. The event will be completed at the Envar Buys Trails in Mosselbay on the 30th of August.

This weekend we had the nominated pairs and as has become the norm, there was a number of upsets, close wins / losses and experience at crucial times.

Knysna Bowling Oyster Festival Celebration

Thank you very much to all the members that attended Friday evenings celebration of a very successful 2026 tournament.

The event was specifically to thank all our members that worked tirelessly in preparation before the tournament and the full force of members that worked extremely hard during the tournament.

Ladies and Men's Veterans Singles Championships 2026.

The competition was fierce and as always, delivered some upsets, some almost upsets and great examples of how experience can pull you through some tough situations.

To all the entrants, you showed a lot of fight and all the games where played with great sportsmanship - well done all!
Especially to our newer bowlers that have not played these type of competitions before, well done - you have gained very valuable experience.
