Happy Woman’s Day to all my fabulous clients! ❤️

With all the rain we’ve had in Knysna, the power cuts, and the wind trying to remove half the town, I think today is a good day to stay home and stay safe. ☔️⚡️

Classes will resume tomorrow once the sun decides to make an appearance again

Hey lovely humans 😊
I’ll be closing the studio tomorrow, Tuesday the 30th, so I can go run the Sabrina Love and make some very questionable end of year decisions. I’ll then be taking the rest of the week off to recover and reset.

Classes are back to normal next week.
Wishing you all a very happy New Year, and thank you for an amazing year 💛

I’ll be back in the studio on Monday the 28th. ❤️

Hospice will always hold a special place in my heart. This Saturday is about giving back while celebrating Cecilia’s life.
Join me at Knysna Hollow at 9am on the 15th of November. Bring your own mat and towel and move with me in support of Knysna Sedgefield Hospice.
If you can’t be there, you’re still part of it. Donations can be made on the day by card or EFT. Every bit helps Hospice continue the work that matters most.

Move for Cecilia. Move for Hospice. Move with purpose.

10 hours of glorious sleep and I’m fully charged. Still buzzing from the holiday — and from all the running that’s left my hamstrings tighter than skinny jeans after a buffet.

Can’t wait to get back in the studio tomorrow to work out with you. Fun, sweat, and just the right amount of “ouch” incoming.

Happy Women’s Day 💪✨

To all the magical, powerful, and inspirational women I know — you are strong, resilient, courageous, determined, compassionate, kind, generous, loyal, patient, graceful, wise, thoughtful, empathetic, nurturing, steadfast, radiant, uplifting, inspiring, confident, vibrant, supportive, warm, dependable, admirable, accomplished, capable, fearless, sincere, trustworthy, talented, devoted, motivated, resourceful, visionary, passionate, ethical, honest, genuine, dignified, optimistic, dedicated, focused, persistent, fair, principled, creative, disciplined, committed, independent, and extraordinary.

I’m grateful to know women who show up for themselves, for each other, and for the world — making every space they enter richer and brighter.

To the Women Who Keep It All Moving

To the moms, the oumas, the aunties too,
Who hold it together and still push through —
You care, you carry, you give, you guide,
Then show up here with strength and pride.

You juggle more than most could guess,
And still commit to one more press.
You breathe, you move, you find your flow —
And somehow still have room to grow.

I see the effort behind the grace,
The quiet power, the steady pace.
It’s more than movement — it’s what you give.
It’s how you lead, and how you live.

Happy Mother’s Day to each of you here —
You’re the heart of this space, year after year.
