With all the rain we’ve had in Knysna, the power cuts, and the wind trying to remove half the town, I think today is a good day to stay home and stay safe. ☔️⚡️

Classes will resume tomorrow once the sun decides to make an appearance again

I’ll be closing the studio tomorrow, Tuesday the 30th, so I can go run the Sabrina Love and make some very questionable end of year decisions. I’ll then be taking the rest of the week off to recover and reset.

Classes are back to normal next week.

Hospice will always hold a special place in my heart. This Saturday is about giving back while celebrating Cecilia’s life.
Join me at Knysna Hollow at 9am on the 15th of November. Bring your own mat and towel and move with me in support of Knysna Sedgefield Hospice.
If you can’t be there, you’re still part of it. Donations can be made on the day by card or EFT. Every bit helps Hospice continue the work that matters most.

10 hours of glorious sleep and I’m fully charged. Still buzzing from the holiday — and from all the running that’s left my hamstrings tighter than skinny jeans after a buffet.

Can’t wait to get back in the studio tomorrow to work out with you. Fun, sweat, and just the right amount of “ouch” incoming.

But at 9:30 tomorrow,
