We kicked off the first week of term 4 with a tropical twist ! This week was all about sunshine,smiles and a whole lot of fun as we celebrated Coach Shaé’s birthday in the tropical style !

This club is nothing without you !

Without the coaches who give their time, energy and heart.
Without the gymnasts who walk through the doors ready to try again.
Without the parents cheering from the sidelines.
Without the laughter between turns, the chalk everywhere, the falls, the wins and the “Coach, watch this!” moments.

Performance Gymnastics is more than the skills we teach, the medals we win or the competitions we attend . It is about the people who make our gym what it is. ❤️

Term 3 , what a ride it has been 💜
A term filled with competitions, memories and so many emotions . From Eden Trials to Western Cape Championships all the way to Nationals, our seniors have kept us on our toes .

We have laughed , we’ve fallen , we’ve cried ( happy tears too ) and most importantly , we have enjoyed every moment along the way !

Now it is time to switch on our show mode , Term 4 we’re coming for you !
Keep your eyes peeled … we’ve got something exciting coming really soon !
