Kraaifontein Cricket Cricket, formerly Easterns CC, was established in 2001. This group is for all m In 2017 KCC joined the WPCA premier league.

Kraaifontein Cricket Cricket, formerly Easterns CC, was established in 2001 and was part of the Boland Cricket Board. The club was established when Kraaifontein CC and Cresta CC amalgamated and is currently home to more than 60 players, with four teams participating in different leagues. This group is for all members, former-members and supporters of Kraaifontein Cricket Club. Notices of meetings, functions and matches will be posted in this group, as well as pictures from functions and matches. Feel free to post past pictures and memories on the wall.

🏏 A NEW SEASON. A NEW CHAPTER.

As we look ahead to the new cricket season, Kraaifontein Cricket Club would like to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to Fabian Faro for his dedication, time and commitment as our coach last season.

Fabian, thank you for the countless hours spent at training, on match days and behind the scenes, and for the role you played in supporting and developing our players. Your contribution to Kraaifontein Cricket Club is truly appreciated, and we wish you all the very best for the future! 👏🏏

A warm welcome our new Head Coach, Craig Thyssen! 🎉

Craig grew up in Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape and having represented South Africa at Under-19 level, Craig went on to play professional cricket, including for Eastern Province, the Eagles/Knights and the Warriors.

We are thrilled to have Craig join the Kraaifontein Cricket Club family and look forward to an exciting season ahead.

To end off Women’s Month on a high note, the ladies and fellow supporters of Kraaifontein Cricket Club came together for a beautiful and memorable Sip & Paint Day on Saturday, 29 September, at Vinboho Conference Venue. 🎨🥂💜

It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the incredible women behind the players — the wives, partners, sisters, friends and supporters who stand proudly beside our cricketers through every victory, challenge and long day on the field. 🏏❤️

These remarkable women are an important part of the Kraaifontein Cricket Club family, offering endless encouragement, love and support behind the scenes. The day was filled with laughter, creativity, connection and good vibes as we celebrated women, friendship and community. 🌸✨
