Honored to be part of their journey

A week ago Big Girl decided to rejoin karate after taking a break for about a year and my little niece went for a demo class as well.

These classes really changed the kids' lives. The discipline and self-control that comes with karate training cannot be gained anywhere else.

This evening two year old Little Lady sat during dinner when all of a sudden she gave a loud sigh, "Aren't we going to karate this evening? I miss karate ..." Her class was only 4 days ago.😂❤️

We will forever be thankful to our Sensei for giving the children the opportunity to participate.🙏🏻

As always, our karateka filled us with pride. Congratulations to each and every one of you. Whether or not you won a medal, your participation truly made us proud and grateful.
