Race Day Arrival Guide
When you arrive at Langebaan Country Estate , follow the signs and use this map to know exactly where to go:

• 🚌 42.2km Marathon → Head to the bus area for transport to the start in West Coast National Park (last bus leaves 04:45).
• 🏃‍♀️ 21.1km Half Marathon → Start line at LCE (06:30).
• 🏃 10km Race → Start line at LCE (06:45).
• 🎉 5km Fun Run/Walk → Start line at LCE (07:45).

42.2km runners - take note!
The last bus to the start inside the West Coast National Park leaves at 04:45.

👉 If you miss the bus, you miss the race… and will have to downgrade to the 21.1km Half Marathon, which starts at Langebaan Country Estate.

Plan ahead, set those alarms, and be ready - race day waits for no one! ‍🏃‍♂️

🚗 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿
Extra security personnel will be deployed along Oostewal Road, where most cars will be parked.

👉 When locking your car with a remote, please double‑check that it has actually locked.

⚠️ Remote jamming devices can prevent your car from locking, leaving it vulnerable to easy access.

Your safety matters - take a moment to confirm, and enjoy race day with peace of mind.

• 🚌 42.2km Marathon – Last bus departs 04:45, race starts 06:15

Cut‑Off Times (42.2km)
• ⏳ 19km mark (T‑junction) – 08:45
• ⏳ 37km mark (West Coast Park Langebaan gate) – 11:30

All entrants for the 42.2km Marathon, 21.1km Half Marathon, and 10km race will only receive their race number at registration.

At registration you’ll also get:
• Your temporary number
• Your t‑shirt (if purchased) 👕
