Moving along the safety line from where it is attached to the vertical rod and slip loop through the other loop which is attached to the kite at the horizontal rod. Then move along the safety line and repeat the same procedure at the next horizotal rod. You need apply sufficient pressure to bend the rod in order to slide the loop from the kite through the grove of the grey coloured stop end. Note that the curve of the bottom horizontal rod is more bended than the top rod.
