We had a wonderful literary adventure in the Western Cape earlier this month and feel so grateful to everybody who made the effort to join us at various events and took the time to say hello and have a chat.

From the launch of Unbridling at the Cavendish Square Exclusive Books, gifting copies of our book to The Blue Sky Library and to Maties Sport, to our book being featured at this year’s Franschhoek Literary Festival!!

We spent a wonderful few days in Cape Town before heading to the Franschhoek Literary Festival tomorrow.

As you can see on the first photo; the waters at Mouille Point have calmed somewhat but it's always breathtaking to stand and witness the vista that the Cape of storms presents.

Even when on a Literary adventure, training calls 😉 and Rondebosch Common (photo two) provided the perfect setting for some drills.

Tomorrow marks the start of the three-day Franschhoek Literary Festival, and we are so excited to be a part of it!!

We had a beautiful Moms, Memoirs and Meringues Mother's Day event on Saturday with beautiful weather, beautiful women and scrumptious food served by The Roaming Goat Guesthouse just outside Louis Trichardt.

Thank you to every individual who joined us for a wonderful celebration of motherhood and sharing stories about weathering the storms together 🙏
