Protest and complaint lodged by my Maelula United brothers against Bush river FC on their game (game number 3) played on the 31st of May 2025

1. On the letter received by the local organization committee Maelula United brothers alleged that Bush river fc fielded an unregistered player by the name of Mukwevho Glen during their game played on the 31st of May 2025 at Academy ground.
2. The result of the game was Bush river 1-0 Maelula United brothers.
3. The alleged player was also nominated as the man of the match.
4. On investigating about the allegations, LOC found that indeed the player is not registered with Bush river FC. Bush river FC officials who attended the disciplinary hearing also confirmed that this is true the player is not registered with the team.
5. Bush river FC violated rule number 18 of the NTL June 16 tournament rules 2025.

VERDICT
* Bush river FC shall forfeit the game they won to Maelula United brothers, who will proceed to the next round of the tournament
* Bush river FC were fined R2000.00 of which R1,500.00 rands is suspended, should they repeat the same offense within the period of 3 years the fine shall be revoked. R500.00 is payable anytime from now until when the 2026 tournament resumes.
* The player in question shall be released with a warning to never repeat the same offense within the period of 3 years. Should the player repeat the offense he will be suspended for the period of 3 years without taking part in the tournament. The LOC shall be monitoring the situation.
We clearly advice all teams not to commit such an act....... Thank you.
