But Is it beyond your reach? NO.
It’s showing up for yourself everyday, with what you have, how ever that looks, and with what ever time you can make.
It doesn’t have to look perfect. It doesn’t have to feel perfect. But it does have to happen.
Every day counts. Every rep counts. Every small step counts. Every decision you make for a “better” you counts, no matter how tiny the decision.

Make today COUNT.

Nothing is beyond your reach, with consistency, dedication and time. There is no easy quick fix, if you want it, you have to put in the time and work. You cannot be disappointed with the results you didn't get with the work you didn't do.
