Whoop whoop! The best came first, our very no 1 Forward Friday at a Psychologist practise and what a great treat as well. First and foremost all honor, praise and glory to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for giving me this amazing opportunity to be good to people. He truelly supplies all my needs. Without Him, there won't even be a Forward Friday initiative.

What can I say about this amazing Doctor? I have been treated by Dr Hofmeyr when he was still at Rob Ferreira about 6 years ago when I had my daughter's legal case. He was truelly sent from above, and for one reason only. Dr Hofmeyr is the BEST Psychologist in Nelspruit. There is no one that performs at his level. And I would know, I saw a few during my court case. He has made such an impact on my life. At first I was a bit skeptical because he's male and sometimes us girls feel might feel more comfortable with a lady. But the opposite is true for me with Dr Hofmeyr. For him it's about the wellbeing of his patients, and he really has a caring heart for everyone. He just has a way that makes you feel totally relaxed and that you can share your deepest thoughts with him. And for me, not once did I feel judged by him. If I had to describe Dr Hofmeyr - he highlights deep care and thoroughness in patient treatment. He is also a trustworthy doctor by emphasizing integrity and reliability. Dr Hofmeyr is a reputable clinical psychologist who focuses on good standing and professional respect. Some might even describe him as an upright healer because of his high moral character. Definitely a principled practitioner who adhere to strict professional ethics. Such an honorable professional that acts with fairness and moral eminence. He truelly is a devoted psychologist thay emphasizes commitment to patient welfare. And yes, a scrupulous doctor that highlights meticulous adherence to ethical standards. All in all, the best in Mpumalanga, and I won't be surprised if Dr Hofmeyr is the best in sunny South Africa. Dr Hofmeyr can be found in 26 Marloth Street, Nelspruit. If he could sort me out, he will definitely be able to help you too!

Why Forward Friday you ask? Why not. Today was extra special for me because on a minute scale I could say THANK YOU foe meeting this great doctor. And it was even more amazing to sow into his life for a change🎉

Each of us carries a past. More often than we realize, we move through life shaped by the way we were raised, the love we received or didn’t receive, the words spoken to us, and the experiences that marked us as children. Not every childhood was gentle. Sometimes the home we grew up in was ruled by criticism instead of understanding, fear instead of safety, distance instead of warmth. And yet, our parents were once children too. Many of them simply repeated what they themselves had known, carrying wounds they never learned how to heal. They passed down survival patterns, pain, silence, and fears — not always out of cruelty, but because no one ever showed them another way. But there comes a moment in life when we must understand something powerful: our past may explain us, but it does not have to define us. We are not meant to spend our lives imprisoned by inherited pain or chained to old traumas that were never truly ours to carry. Healing begins the moment we become aware — when we stop living on autopilot and start asking ourselves how we truly want to live, love, speak, and exist in this world. Breaking generational cycles is not betrayal. It is courage. It is choosing to put down the heavy stone that has been passed from one generation to the next and saying, “It ends with me.” And in that choice, there is freedom. There is softness. There is the possibility of building a life rooted not in fear, but in peace. Because happiness is not found by escaping the past — it is found when we stop allowing the past to decide who we become.

Wow, what an amazing event we had! All honor, praise and glory to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for giving me this amazing opportunity to speak to these awesome princesses of The Most High!. Also a great THANK YOU shout out to Karin, who opened her house to all and for all her hard work to get everything done and set up.

What did we learn at the event? We spoke about trash, how people who might have had a rough start to life, can still end up greatly used by God. We learned, through blue tongues (literally🤣) that we don't have to speak and act trashy. I can only testify of my life and how the Lord used someone like me, who would have been seen as trashy by others, because of the way I grew up, by the foul language I used and my bad behavior, before I gave my life to Christ. But God! We burst a few bubbles (again literally 🤣) that day with people's misconceptions about how great their future can still be.

To give each lady a crown, that was soooo amazing. To see their chains and their lost identities restored, now that's God's deliverance. What can I say, without God's presence it would have been a good coffee and cake sessions, but because of the move of The Holy Spirit, there was an encounter. This was such an amazing event! Thank you to my team, who is always highly anointed and ready for action. I couldn't have done it without my pillars!
