Welcome to the Lowveld Enduro Club — home of true off-road adventure in the heart of the Lowveld! We’re a passionate group of riders, families, and outdoor enthusiasts who live for the dust, the challenge, and the camaraderie that comes with enduro racing. Founded over a decade ago, our club has grown into one of the most respected and family-friendly enduro communities in South Africa. From our very first ride to our latest championship series, our mission has remained the same:
to create safe, fun, and competitive events that celebrate the spirit of off-road riding.

Looking back at 2026, we can’t help but miss it already.

The early mornings.
The sound of bikes starting up.
Busy pits. Muddy gear. Tired bodies. Big smiles.
Kids lining up for their races.
Families cheering from the sidelines.
Friends helping friends get through another lap.

But most of all… we miss our riders and our Enduro family.

2026 gave us so many incredible memories. Every event reminded us why Lowveld Enduro Club exists — not just to organise races, but to bring people together and create weekends that riders and their families look forward to.

From our littlest riders finding their confidence, to the weekend warriors taking on another challenge, right through to the pros pushing their limits — every single one of you is part of what makes this club special.

And while we’re missing the racing now, we’re already getting excited about what’s coming…

For 2027, we're getting back to what matters most:

We do this because we love enduro.

🙌 LEC 2026 | BEHIND THE SCENES

Race day is what everyone sees.

But there's a whole lot that happens before that first bike leaves the start line.

Tracks need to be found. Routes need to be ridden. Bush needs to be cleared. Arrows need to go up. Registration needs to happen. Timing needs to work. Tracking needs to be ready. Marshals need to be positioned. Medics need to be there. And when it's all finished… everything needs to come down again. 😅

Lowveld Enduro simply couldn't happen without the people who give their time to make it happen.

Some are seen.

Many aren't.

But every single one plays a part.

To everyone who helped us behind the scenes during 2026…

Four completely different events.

Different terrain. Different challenges. Different stories.

And SO many memories.

A huge amount of work goes into finding venues, building tracks, clearing routes, marking loops and getting everything ready before a single bike even reaches the start line.

Then race morning arrives…

The pits fill up. Engines start. Helmets go on.

And suddenly all that work is worth it. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who opened their properties and venues to us and helped us create four unforgettable rounds in 2026.

❤️ LEC 2026 | MORE THAN A RACE

Behind almost every rider is a little team of their own.

Moms packing food. Dads working on bikes. Kids running around the pits. Partners waiting at the finish. Friends shouting encouragement. Families travelling together for the weekend.

Enduro might happen out on the track…

But so much of what makes it special happens back in the pits.

The braais. The stories. The laughter. The friendships. And the memories made together.

We've always wanted Lowveld Enduro events to be somewhere you don't just come to race…

You come for the weekend.

Thank you to every family who travelled, supported, helped, cheered and became part of our LEC family during 2026.

We couldn't do this without you. ❤️

Some of our biggest highlights this year came from our smallest riders. ❤️

Watching the Candyfloss kids head out onto their track…

Watching a nervous little rider gain confidence with every lap…

Watching Mom and Dad running alongside, cheering from the sidelines…

And seeing that smile when they cross the finish line. 🏁

THIS is how we grow enduro.

Every Pro started somewhere.

For us, it's incredibly important that Lowveld Enduro remains a place where youngsters can discover this sport, learn, have fun and feel like they are every bit as much a part of race day as the big guys.

To our little legends of 2026…

From the rider lining up for their very first enduro to the guys battling for seconds at the front…

From Kickstarter and Weekend Warrior right through to Pro Enduro…

Every single rider matters.

We saw riders finish loops they didn't think they could finish.

We saw mates stop to help mates.

We saw determination, sportsmanship, exhaustion, frustration and some VERY big smiles at the finish. 😁

You don't have to be the fastest rider to belong here.

You just have to love riding.
