The famous “Steps” in Bloubergstrand
When you are in the area take some HEAVY Kettlebells and Dumbells with and give this one a go:
20 Min WORK
- Farmers walk up (32kg KB each hand)
- Sprint the rest of the way up (white steps)
- Farmers walk down (32 KB each hand)
- Sprint from bottom of stairs to top
- Run down
This would be 1 round. See how many round you can do in 20 min
NB: farmers walk is up ALL the brown step until you reach the white steps….
Side note……some of us could not keep our lunch in 🤢

Oh man sooooo much to be done with only 1 Kettlebell…….especially if you add some hill OR stair sprints to the workout 🏋🏻♂️
