So this year I am aiming to do better at the small things…..consistently

Move daily, recover intensionally and most of all…..enjoy and rejoice in the small thing’s DAILY

The famous “Steps” in Bloubergstrand

When you are in the area take some HEAVY Kettlebells and Dumbells with and give this one a go:

20 Min WORK

- Farmers walk up (32kg KB each hand)
- Sprint the rest of the way up (white steps)
- Farmers walk down (32 KB each hand)
- Sprint from bottom of stairs to top
- Run down

This would be 1 round. See how many round you can do in 20 min

NB: farmers walk is up ALL the brown step until you reach the white steps….

Side note……some of us could not keep our lunch in 🤢

Oh man sooooo much to be done with only 1 Kettlebell…….especially if you add some hill OR stair sprints to the workout 🏋🏻‍♂️
