30 editions. Countless stories. One not to be missed! 🚴‍♂️

The Fast One Cycle Challenge celebrates its 30th edition on 31 January 2027, and it’s shaping up to be a special one!

Steve Saunders caught up with Russell Stevens, Race Director, this morning at Cycle Lab in Fourways for an update on the potholes along the route.

The encouraging news? Around 50 potholes need fixing, following approximately 1,000 repairs last year. Russell credits the quality of those previous repairs for the reduced workload. Work done properly keeps making a difference!

Big appreciation to Russell and everyone working behind the scenes at The Rotary Club, to get the route ready for this milestone edition.

Entries are opening soon! Set those goals and start that training. Let’s make the 30th edition one to remember!
