🚣‍♂️ 1 Hour Row
🏃‍♂️ 1 Hour Walk/Run

Teams of 4 — work together, push each other and keep moving!

At 65 years old, husband, grandfather, and dedicated member, Dr Paul du Plessis is proof that age is just a number.

After suffering a heart attack a few years ago, Paul committed himself to his recovery and has continued showing up, training consistently, and prioritising his health.

His determination, discipline, and positive attitude inspire everyone around him.
