Last stop on the calendar and it’s a big one! The biggest event of the year the .racing 9hr of Kyalami. We will be partaking in the GT4.

Amazing end to the national sprint series. Making our debut in the R8GT3, finishing 2nd overall and 2nd in GT3 class. Very happy with the cars performance. Big change from the front engined GTR to the rear engined R8 but the team from made the car super comfortable for to drive.

Race weekend recap:

With our beloved Bowzer still down with some mechanical issues, our previous team mate decided to let us use his amazing McLaren GT3 to race. We went into the weekend very unsure of where we would be on track, with never really having driven a McLaren GT3 it was always gonna be a mountain to climb.

Race 1 was a solid display with the McLaren taking us to a 5th overall on track.
Race 2 was pretty much carbon copy of race 1 earlier in the day.
Race 3 with an amazing start we were running strong in a solid 4th place on track, when a spark plug failure paid end to our weekend.

We will return in our GTR (Bowzer) for the next round at Kyalami in April.

Thank you to team for the opportunity given to our driver to join their team this weekend at the .racing 4hr endurance race . The team worked endlessly behind the scenes to run us smoothly- a big shoutout to each and every person involved. We finished 7th overall. The Audi R8 GT3 LMS was an absolute pleasure to race.
